Mini Jumpstart Arrive 6 pm Thursday night.. please have a light healthy dinner before arrival/ check in/assessments and meet and greet Sample Daily Schedule: 7:00 Breakfast 8:00 Circuit Training 9:30 Resistance Cardio Interval Training 11:00 Couch to 5K training Noon: Lunch 2:00 River Workout 3:00 Hill Work 4:00 Yoga 5:00 Dinner 6:00 Workbook planning for returning home Sunday we will be done exercising around noon....lunch will be served before departure :) |
