Packing List

We recommend packing the following items for a safe, healthy, and successful stay at Destination Jumpstart:

NOT REQUIRED BUT STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
Either Jawbone Up
or Fitbit Surge

  • Light hiking boots (optional) for 6 night stay 
  • 2 pairs of quality brand athletic shoes for exercise indoor and outdoor....very important to get fitted with quality shoes....recommended 1/2 size bigger
  • Hat
  • Sunglasses
  • Exercise Wear (I usually layer with a short sleeve shirt and  light exercise jacket, just make sure you are comfortable) I recommend you bring extra socks as you may want to change these during the day!
  • Camelback (6 night stay) / Water Bottle
  • Camera & Journal
  • Band-Aids and Bodyglide Anti-Chafe Balm for feet, to help prevent blisters (6 night stay)
  • An adequate supply of any medications you require
  • Light backpack (6 night stay)
  • Swim Suit (If you choose to go to hot tub)
  • IPOD with exercise playlist (recommended)
